Sacramento Ballet The Sacramento Ballet formed in 1954, and became a professional company in 1986. Sacramento Ballet's Season 56 "Coloring Outside The Lines" will take place from October 2010 - May of 2011. The ballet is a non-profit organization and also performs in their studio for intimate performance parties known as Beer & Ballet.
